The beef used in our Steak Burgers is all USDA inspected and graded as Choice or Prime.  It has been perfectly aged for 14 to 21 days before being ground and formed into our generous and juicy burgers.  Our Steak Burgers are 100% beef, no fillers or other ingredients are added.
