The Froman: Uncured Beef Frank

A hefty, uncured beef frank made with cuts of beef sirloin. With a firmer bite than other hot dogs, the Froman is the king of flavor. It's best served Chicago-style, on a poppy seed bun with mustard, onions, neon relish, tomatoes, a kosher dill pickle spear and sport peppers. For that extra zest, top it with some celery salt, but whatever you do keep away from the ketchup!
