Orders for in-stock non-perishable products received Monday through Thursday by 5:00 p.m. are shipped within 24 hours. Orders for in-stock perishable products are shipped at such time to assure delivery before a week-end. Normally, perishable products ordered Monday or Tuesday will be shipped the same week. Perishable products ordered Wednesday through Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Rush shipments can be arranged using Express or Air Freight.
To assure product is received in excellent condition perishable products are frozen immediately after cutting in our special flash freezer and hand packaged in attractive gift boxes. To prepare for shipment, the gift boxes are packed in a polystyrene container with enough dry ice to assure product is delivered frozen or chilled. The container is placed in an attractive corrugated box to provide additional protection.
Your personal greeting will appear on the shipping box or inside the polystyrene container
All of our gifts are available year-round (unless otherwise noted). To meet your requested delivery, we reserve the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value, if necessary, without notification.
Shipping of Wine Gifts
Due to current laws we may not be able to ship our Wine Gifts to certain states. However, in some of these states we may have a local facility from which we can ship. Please call for details. If delivery is allowed an adult signature is required upon delivery of all wine gifts.
Shipping of Cigars
An adult signature is required upon delivery of all cigar gifts.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service and will arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on destination. For faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service. Please refer to our Shipping Charges chart for Standard and Express Delivery rates. Orders containing several different food groups may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. Entrees to Excellence will make every effort to coordinate shipping, so various foods arrive together.
